Responsive customer service, very helpful with both queries and assisting with the orders process. Only loses a point due to some issues regarding the online ordering process: - no specific brand or sub-model of the GPU is available, just the overall "RTX 4XXX" GPU, which could be a problem if wanting to avoid a specific reseller. - some confusion as to the expedited shipping process. Wasn't able to add this in when ordering, but was able to expedite after 5 days had passed, meaning the 5-day shipping upgrade paid for actually took 10 days (appreciate that it's 5 days from order but you would assume that if you can't add it at purchase stage, you wouldn't be able to add it afterwards either), and required a shipping upgrade for saturday delivery. - System hadn't been updated, drivers weren't installed. Unsure if this is normal or if the expedited process meant this was missed. Not a huge issue but did mean the system looked like it performed worse than it does on first setup. Overall these are somewhat minor complaints though, and I would be very happy to order from PCS again in the future. System has performed very well, was packaged very securely. I'm confident that if I do encounter any issues, PCS will be able to rectify them satisfactorily.
