Communication from PC Specialist was excellent through the whole process. A couple of items were out of stock at time of order placement but this was advised quickly and the items were dispatched within three working days of the new laptop.
The start up literature was mainly for windows 10 and could do with being updated for windows 11, but the telephone support was excellent. Highly recommend using PC Specialist.
