Our new computer was built according to our wishes. We took advice on what to put in. It was built in a timely manner, the timeline being updated regularly so that we were aware of the progress. It was delivered, very well packaged when promised, by a personable careful chap. Makes such a difference. We were set up and running within around three days, Bradley in Tech support was brilliant. Whenever we have contacted tech support, they are patient, kind and treat us with respect, not like total morons. We believe that we have an outstanding piece of kit, representing excellent value for money, built to our spec. We have never had to return anything to PC Specialist, so we don't know how that works.
