The customer support was excellent, both before purchase when I asked for advice and after receiving the computer when I required assistance with the setup. I have only given 4 stars because there was a problem with Microsoft windows. But PC Specialist's technical support staff were very helpful and clear in their explanations of how to get this problem sorted out and talked me through the necessary process, so I would recommend the company to anyone who appreciates having a helpful technical backup. probably not the cheapest, but well worth it for the patient expert support.
