Being able to buy a laptop that is configured to your needs (processor, memory, SSD and graphics card) means you get what you need and don't pay for things you don't want - much better than buying a preconfigured laptop from a store. That said you do need to wait for it. The laptop PC Specialist made for me was great - just what I wanted - but it did take 2 weeks to arrive. 5 days were spent in pre production and 4 days waiting for postage - though both of these periods included a weekend. So great a laptop but delivery could have been quicker. The delivery service was great.
