Outstanding. From viewing the website to using my PC the process was flawless. Excellent custom build options, everything clearly explained, build flowchart, build stage notifications, even names of staff at every stage of the build! 2 calls to sales - we went through every component and changed items that I had selected to the best option - not necessarily more expensive. Really useful. I picked 3 day build, order to dispatch. Not just dispatch - the PC arrived in 3 days! Well packed - the box was heavy and easily big enough to protect the PC.
