Having purchased a laptop previously from PC Specialist and experienced excellent advice and service, I had no hesitation in contacting you again for my latest laptop. Once again the advice pre order to clarify specifications and technical terminology was most helpful and the post receipt advice on set up and the help given installing software was very efficient. Order tracking and delivery was to the usual standard. I always look at the package, not just the product, but the after sales support service, and this is where PC Specialist excel.
