I'm 5-star happy with my laptop! The online ordering to select the components I require was a breeze & exciting - having previously had to compromise with off-the-shelf, budget laptops, lacking DVD drives, etc. The build, layout and improvements I was able to choose are great. The delivery time was within the expected / predicted time frame. There are a couple of things I would hope to have in future computers: 'Caps lock' & 'Num lock' keys with a light to indicate that they are on. Better speakers (My hearing has recently deteriorated & the speaker/s on my old off-the-shelf laptop were better) That said, I did have pretty much the basic 17.3" laptop with extra RAM. So yes, I will definitely be ordering from PC Specialist again.
