This is my second purchase from PCS, the first a laptop, this a replacement PC for an old ailing machine. What I like about PCS is the customization that you can apply, this is the PC that I want, not something that is picked up off the shelf that compromises my requirements. The web site is easy to use and the process is fairly simple. Order placed and delivered within 3 weeks, longest time was in pre-production 14 days with no apparent activity, other than that the machine appears well built and is everything that I wanted. Worth the 5 star rating.
