The laptop is as described and performs excellently. Service and communication from the point of order to delivery was excellent. The product (and range of products) is excellent. I bought a performance laptop from PC specialist about 9-10 years ago and it is still functioning well - I just needed a general upgrade and didn't hesitate to come back to this firm...
