I bought my gaming laptop a few weeks ago, only to have myself informed that the chassis I had selected was unavailable indefinitely. This should have been displayed on the website. The call handler happily changed the chassis, but I had to pay more for this as a down payment. They did however, offer me a discount on this extra down payment. The delivery method allowed me to select exactly when I wanted my delivery and because my neighbourhood is a selection of flats, I could have the courier call me before delivery. Windows 11 decided to corrupt itself upon installation and I luckily there was a solution. The team combined of Tom and an unknown call handler, were extremely helpful and understanding of my frustration, and the caller understood that I am mentally disabled and walked me through the entire process. After 2 hours, the system was up and running and I am now loving the quality of it and able to complete my game development and gaming goals. Fab product, very hard working team! :)
