I’ve had a very positive experience and staff are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my new PC and the ongoing tech support which I need. I’ve got more for my money, in choice, tech and Support, by going direct to PC Specialist. I had to wait 3 weeks but I didn’t mind.
