Basic built machine and monitor to play games I enjoy (Bannerlord, Total War) All arrived beautifully packed and easy to set up. Only issue is the build time stages seemed inordinately long, starting with a long delay post payment before the order was ready for production. Better explanations for what the hold up is rather than generic phrases. Otherwise I would rate 5*. Will definitely use again. Issue over delivery was sorted out by helpful online customer service team and set up queries where dealt with by the tech team. After sales seems to be on the ball.
