Had some start up issues with my new gaming PC requiring a full windows reinstall, but the technical support was excellent, they remoted in and helped immediately when called. now its working like a dream. ive order with them since 2011 (my family also) and even though you hope things like this dont happen its reassuring you have this level of support at all times. will continue to buy from them in the future.
