Had some issues with another company, so decided to start from scratch. Shopped around and went with PC Specialist for my new custom build. Brilliant experience all round so far. The customised ordering process is simple, and the compatibility checker is very helpful. Build and delivery times were as stated, but still reasonably quick. Clear updates at each stage. I called with some questions and had a decent chat with someone who actually knew what they where talking about. The PC itself is a BEAST. Looks amazing, stays cool and quiet, plays all the best games on highest settings, and has made all my dreams come true in short. The repairs / warranty period is reassuring and I am looking forward to using the upgrade service (although I may not need it for a while) knowing that my parts / peripherals can be checked for compatibility and wont affect my warranty.
