Customer service was great, I found the website easy as a first time buyer and not knowing much about PC’s in general and having to do research the fact that they tell you what works together and what’s best for what you need really helps!! The pc I got visually is amazing!! I love the look, everything is clean in terms of actual cleanliness and how the wires were organised. The setup was not too much trouble, but when I started up the pc applications were not working and it felt like windows was perhaps not installed properly… I had to get support from Microsoft themselves which was annoying as even though they ran through it with me & it was eventually fixed, I had to do a full reinstall of windows 11 and a lot of their fixes I could not do as the pc would not allow me to until after… that’s where it loses that star for me as that was very troubling… without that hiccup I would give this 5 stars!! I’d give it more if possible because I’m really enjoying it.
