The website was clear and interactively helpful. The PC arrived when expected. The service team have all been amazing, clear and patient. I've spoken with four so far. Waiting in line on they phone, they are constantly updating on the queue length. It's been a few weeks now we haven't quite worked out what is wrong, but they have been superb in response. The replacement parts have come, if a little late, mainly because of trying to fit into my availability to receive them. Maybe by the time I've opened the box another couple of times they will be offering me a tech service job. - Well, probably not.
