This was technically the second PC we got from PC Specialist but the first we ordered directly from PCS rather than from another retailer. The website makes it easy to zero down to an exact configuration you want and gives lots of information on what will work in which case and with what components, even telling you if your power supply is underpowered or overpowered letting you get exactly what you want. PC turned up within their advised lead time, which they tell you when you place the order. You can also check the status of your order on the website and they give you a handy flowchart with plenty of information on what each stage means. Came well packed and protected, with foam inside the PC case to make sure that nothing shifts around during transit and a nice note telling you to remove it. Cables were nicely routed inside and all the spare cables, screws, manuals and little dohickeys from your motherboard and PSU put into a nice "welcome pack" box for you to do any changes that you might need later. Everything in the PC works well and the bank holiday was a good long weekend to really put it through its paces. I spoke to a person in technical support regarding some after sales support, nothing was actually wrong but I had a question about my order, they were awesome and helpful and kept me informed about delays while they checked things. I cannot fault their service at all.
