PC specialist service was great however their delivery company DPD awful (they are normally good to be fair). DPD somehow managed to lose a 5K pc in their depot! Now I have to wait a number of days before PC specialist will build a new one. Not their fault I understand and up until the pc was given to DPD I would fully recommend them. Great comms throughout and really quick dispatch considering everything I ordered. Fingers crossed DPD don’t lose the second one they’re likely to have to build! Despite my issue with delivery I would still use them again as I’m sure this is isolated. Would have given 5 stars if not for the problem.
