They kept me updated on the progress of my PC throughout each stage of my order. The PC arrived very well packaged and was easy to set up. My only small complaint that a "normal" PC user would not even realise is that they installed my M.2 NVMe drive in the wrong port, which means I am getting slower transfer speeds, and because of my visual impairment, I don't feel comfortable changing it myself. The mistake is nothing big, and honestly, it should not put you off using the site. I am happy enough with my PC. I am sure if I contacted them about it, they would offer a resolution for my issue, but I am too happy using the PC to send it off.
