As someone who has no knowledge about pc building, PC Specialist were a great service for me because it took away the fears/concerns of handling expensive PC parts while allowing me to completely customise and hand pick parts (to an extent due to availability). In terms of price, I reckon there was at least a 20 - 25% price markup vs if I were to build it myself, but I'm happy to accept this when considering how quickly it was dispatched and again, eliminating the risk of me breaking/mishandling parts were I to do it myself. They were quick to process my order, kept me updated, and overall offered a great service.
