I was happy with the computer and it met all the specs that I asked for. My problems are not with PC Specialist but I should have ordered more fans and more memory which I didn't do to save money. The computer is great and I am enjoying it very much. DPD lost my package and it arrived a day late which caused me anxiety. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase
