My computer turned up and I had installed a new M.2 straight away and had a wacky issue where the drive showed up in bios and device manager but no where else, I had extremely good support from the tech team and was told the drive was dead, I trusted them got a replacement drive and straight away my new drive worked, the computer has been a big step up in gaming and 3d modelling for me and very happy that I chose PC Specialist for my build
