Got my PC within 3 weeks as I had ordered the 7800X3D which was on preorder. I was kept aware throughout the build process. The staff were responsive via email and Live chat to quickly answer any queries. The PC was packaged safely and there were no issues in the set up.
The forums are also great as you can get others to help with the build to ensure you get the best system for your budget and needs.
