The laptop we ordered (Lafité Pro Series) was built and delivered quickly, and they kept us up to date with the progress throughout.
The quality of the laptop is mostly great, too, with a great screen and surprisingly quiet keyboard. The speakers don't match the overall quality however, so if you don't intend to use headphones then plan to purchase speakers.
This is the second time I've gone to PC Specialist and I've been happy both times.
