I've been a customer for many years(last order was a surprise from my wife on her own account) and as ever, PCSpecialist are awesome. The online platform is excellent, and the build-your-own-build functionality works great. It's easy to follow, intuitive, and helps you navigate all the options available. I also had a LOT (I'm sorry, team!) of chats with PCSpecialist ahead of order the build to get the best advice I could, and they never disappointed. Professional, helpful, and I never waited for more than 2-3 minutes to hear from someone over the phone. The delivery was excellent, PC came in without a scratch. I'm no godmode PC builder, but as far as I can see everything works perfectly. I also had a few questions after I did a complete wipe and reinstall, and they wore more than happy to help me through it all, especially as I don't allow remote access to my network so they troubleshooted blindly (and quite accurately). 10/10, my IT company of choice whenever I need a computer, parts, and advice on computers and parts.
