I have now purchased two PCs from PC Specialist. The first in 2017 and the 2nd just last month (2023). Their customer service is exemplary, I was able to contact them via email and their team were able to quote a suitable upgrade with suggestions to maintain certain components of my last build. Even when I postponed making a new purchase, months later I was able to pick up the conversion just were we left off. I am also very satisfied with my new PC.
