This was my first time ordering from PC Specialist. I paid extra for both a 3-day build time and a Saturday delivery. The 3-day build time wasn't guaranteed and this was made clear at the point of order. My order was ready in 3 days, but just after the cut-off time so it never shipped on the Friday for my Saturday delivery. I expected a refund for the Saturday delivery but they also refunded me for the 3-day build, too. I can't argue with that service. Delivery was rearranged for a day convenient for me and it turned up exactly when it was supposed to. The PC is great, very happy with it so far. I would 100% recommend PC Specialist and will use them again.
