I recently purchased a custom laptop and I'm extremely happy with my experience at PCSpecialist. The product is great, reasonably priced and delivery was faster than expected. The box it came in had plenty of protection to avoid damages in transit. It was easy to customise and the website offered an easy to use chat system for any questions I had. There was a slight issue with a part from an external cooling system I purchased with the laptop, but this was resolved fairly quickly and the customer service representative was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend
