This is my 3rd computer from PC Specialist, 2 laptops and one Tower over 5 years.
The products have all been fantastic, the oldest laptop is still playing recent games fine.
The configuration process for the gaming tower was brilliant, it lets you know which components are and are not compatible.
We did have to get one out of warranty repair, and the process there was really good.
The deliveries happen when they say they will, you can track on the website or via DPD.
