This is the first time I've used these guys and I must say, the whole process was smooth and efficient.
If I have 1.5 tiny criticisms, it's that the build sheet specifically asks which browser you would prefer, which I thought was a bit odd as it takes about a minute to install on arrival but they forgot to install it... not an issue but odd to ask and then not do it.
Performance of the Initia laptop is as expected but the built in speakers have no bass at all.
