Pc did take awhile in the pre-production stage. But once the pc was in progress and being built it took little to no time to come! Lovely pc, great build. Great website and when I called on the phone to ask about why its taking so long on pre-production I got transparency and was clearly told how long it might take! Couldn't be happier with the customer service provided.
