Just made my 11th order for a small business, as we're slowly in the process of replacing PC's that are 10+ years old & not compatible with Win 11. Communication & updates on orders are generally very good, as are the speed in which the orders are built, considering they're not fixed spec items sat ready to go. I have had 1 issue where they were unable to meet an expediated build request & they refunded the extra cost automatically. I often price up the components as we have the skillset for building these in-house, but PC Specialist consistently offer prices that, when weighed up against labour costs & the benefit of warranty, mean there's little to be gained by going the self build route. The latest order was for a mini-PC & monitor. It was ordered on a Friday afternoon, build started on the Monday & it arrived 9 days later. All in all, a very happy customer and will continue to order from PC Specialist for the foreseeable future.
