My new PC is great and I was happy with the customer service guy I spoke to (to amend my order slightly). A few minor issues prevented me rating PC Specialist 5 stars. Firstly, the packaging PC specialist use is very protective but doesn't make it absolutely clear to the delivery drivers that the package is fragile. My courier basically dropped the PC in my porch, he probably didn't realise what was in the box. The second is the order form you complete for custom pcs does not prevent you from ordering additional cables that come with the PC components, so you end up paying more and receiving additional cables that are provided for freewith the case or power supply. Last the order confirmation might say 4 to 7 days for the despatch target, but this can change if its a busy time. Overall they did a great job at what is probably a hectic time of year.
