Fantastic product, built to perfection & works like a dream, however, the failure of delivery and lack of care displayed by DPD and your meagre response via email left a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely room for improvement given the cost of the products you sell. The box even came open, the tape was slashed at the top, luckily your packaging ensure nothing was damaged. Still very poor, I expect better.
