I used PC specialist like 15 years ago to build a laptop, needed a high end desktop and whilst I can build myself for compatibility, sizing and just peace of mind I went to them again in December 24. The process is smooth, like really smooth. Hats off to the customer journey people they make you feel valued for sure with the nice updates and little added value of sending me a pic of a desktop before shipping. Cheers peoples.
