Ordering this computer was very easy. I am a complete beginner and have no knowledge of computers so I relied on my boyfriend to explain things to me but we placed the order together and honestly I could have done it on my own since the interface for ordering is very straightforward and each part is explained carefully. I appreciated the continuous emails informing us of the computer's progress. When it arrived, I had an issue so I called customer service and they were very helpful and not at all patronising, which I had been worried they might be! All in all, a very satisfying experience, and the computer itself is exactly what I needed, for less money than I had anticipated paying. I would happily recommend PC Specialist to anybody else.
