Overall a positive experience, though I understand that some of your parts are a little more expensive compared to if I ordered piece meal and order myself, the convenience and stability is worth the extra price. Though I do think you need to do a better job of not taking the micky with some of the prices. £9 for a drop of MX4? This kind of stuff is insulting and that needs to be sorted.
