After having a poor experience with a different UK PC building company, I was a bit nervous about trying somewhere new. After ordering the PC however, I was provided updates at every step of the way. I even got to view a 3D preview of the PC after it was built! The order page showed me who had built the PC and who tested, so there's a chain of accountability. So far, the machine is running like a dream. I purchased the best possible warranty, as I believe it's worth it for an expensive system. The box was wonderfully packaged, with a great welcome booklet included and all the spare parts from the build process. All in all, a great experience.
