I found the whole process of ordering a custom PC very straightforward, I was able to speak to a member of the sales team to optimise my component selection. I was particularly impressed by the constant updates during the build phase. Delivery was within the 14 day expected wait. Overall I have been impressed with the whole process. My PC is now set up and I'm very happy with the it's performance.
