Ordered a bespoke laptop for my daughter. The ordering process, notification through the build and delivery were to the usual high standard. Daughter is more than pleased with her new purchase.
This is the latest in a long line of PCs and laptops bought for various family members over the last 10 years and we've yet to be disappointed, either with the initial delivery of the products or, on the odd occasion it's been needed, the technical support offering. I'd have no issue in returning to them for myself or recommending them to others.
