PC Specialist are an exemplar in how to run an online company. The communication is excellent and highly informative, through design, build, checking and delivery. There are comprehensive and easy to use tools to help design, check compatibility and then follow the progress as your machine is built, tested and delivered. There are timely emails to track progress and everything is well logged and explained on the website. The responsiveness to online chat and emails is prompt and focused. The machine I was delivered is a beautiful device, both in looks and in how well it runs. So thank you very much! Maybe the only extra thing that could be added for improvement is logging the serial numbers of components used to give this info to the customer (which they would have if they built the machine themselves) as these are sometimes required for later registration (e.g. with a sound card manufacturer) and are awkward to find once the machine is built.
