Had some troubles first setting up the PC:
- I ordered an ICUE LCD Fan which wasn't working upon arrival - called up the team and they talked me through ensuring all the cables were in properly, which worked.
- Extra USB's I ordered we're not working - had to call the team back up where they told me that they only work if certain ports we're not being used and talked me through moving an M.2 drive to a different slot - USB's are now working.
- Had some trouble with the PC lagging when first turning on and playing games. I reinstalled everything on the PC which worked in the end, with help from the team over email.
After the troubles, they extended my warranty as an apology which I was very grateful for.
Overall, the service with PC Specialist was great. I was able to get in contact with them over the phone in less than 5 minutes on each phone-call, and they responded quickly to emails. I'd definitely recommend PC Specialist to anybody who's in the market for a new rig - these people are experts and will help you with any query you have.
