Was recommended PC Specialist by my son-in-law as he had purchased from them before. After perusing the website I decided to ring them and got through to an advisor who was able to ask me relevant questions to establish my need. Whilst it was slightly more than I hoped to spend the advisor explained to me clearly why I needed certain specifications to achieve the performance I required. I finalised the order using the secure payment system and signed up for the updates. The updates on the build and testing processes were very clear and informative. When it was ready the delivery process was clear and I appreciated the secure method used. Now the computer is set up and my apps and documents downloaded from the cloud it is working in line with the performance promised and has impacted positively on my voluntary work. I would recommend PC Specialist ahead of any of the ‘high street’ suppliers.
