My old PC Specialist computer lasted 8 years ish and so I was keen to give them another try. The computer is great, although a problem was encountered with the delivery company which appears to have rough-handled and damaged the computer, hopefully only slightly, where a computer leg was broken. For the most part the computer has been working great and I really like it. Seems good value for money. Thus far, PC Specialist has been responsive about trying to sort out the problem, they sent me another leg and are assisting with other related issues and their customer support seems good so far.
