I am extremely happy with my PC Specialist laptop and the ordering process. I phoned in to speak to an advisor to help with my requirement and she was knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to adjust some of the components on the quote and place the order. I could then see the stage of my order at any time, from build, through test to shipping. The laptop itself feels high quality, including the keyboard. I can't see me buying an off the shelf laptop again!
