I ordered a PC initially via a competitor of PC Specialists and I found their customer service to be not as great in comparison and the lead time for a £2k+ PC was around 3 weeks, from which I decided to cancel my order with them and purchase a PC via PC Specialists, from which I found their customer service to be excellent and build and shipping times to be amazing in comparison to the other company I ordered through initially. I also liked the constant updates via email on build progress and how they shared a picture with me of my build before they shipped it to me, small details like this went beyond my expectations!
