My last PC was purchased through PC specialist and lasted 6 years with no issues. This new one had the misfortune of having a faulty graphics card on delivery. From the get go. Could have been damaged in transit, but the quality of packaging is really high, with custom foam inserts to prevent this. The support I received was top notch, I spoke to 2 technicians on the phone who helped troubleshoot the issue and got the graphics card Swapped at my home under warranty. Special thanks to Adam who took the brunt of my stress/frustration and was a true pro. I now have a working PC, and I'm very pleased with it. 4 stars due to the faulty card and the stress it caused, I will still be purchasing components/pcs from PC Specialist in the future and have since recommended a friend who is also very pleased with his new machine.
