A good experience from ordering to delivery. Being able to make changes to the build before ordering was a useful feature - I didn't need wi-fi or a virus program, so I could specify this. Emails were received showing the progress of the build, including a photograph of the completed PC, followed by the email with the despatch details and tracking. The PC was very well packed in a sturdy cardboard box with foam inserts with an air gap to protect against knocks. The build construction and cable management were excellent and the case, the basic in my vase, looks good and is of good quality. I would be happy to recommend PCSpecialist in the future.
