Pricing on the website was transparent and competitive. It was easy to update the specification and the selection of non-compatible components was flagged up and automatically corrected.
Once the order was processed, there were regular updates about the status and progress of the build. The lead time was a little longer than advertised (dispatched after 11 working days, rather than the advertised 5-8), but this is a minor quibble and not enough to put me off ordering from PC Specialist again, which I would definitely do.
